Smart Maps - Milan App Reviews

The overall map is very good and detailed but, I have had problems with trying to search for a location. For example whenever I tap the search box the screen flashes and it doesnt work anymore. So the search feature doesnt work.

...it finds the street but not the number of street... Anyway i appreciate very much the "offline" mode, very difficult to find. Italian traduction: Non è male come app ma trova le strade e non i civici... Da apprezzare la modalità offline, rarissima da trovare!

Good off-line map of Milan. To be a perfect app it need the position of the points of interest, like monuments, churches and museums.

Basically dont waste your money on this app. It doesnt work at all, crashes on my 3GS most of the time, search is inoperable and map scrolling is impossible. Waste of my $0.99. Developer should be ashamed to be offering such poor product.

Not a bad app but needs some improvement. Really helped me only trip to Milan. I used it everyday. The gps was spotty but did help. One major drawback is the inability to route directions and distance between bookmarks, also you can not search for addresses, a real bummer. May have chosen another app in retrospect but was happy to have it. Does have decent POI and shows all metro stops, grocery stores and well known spots.
